Quality & Compliance

How We Control Quality

Quality control at ClothReady runs through every stage of production, not just a final check before shipment. This page documents the process and the compliance information available on request.

Inspection Process

Inspection StandardAQL 2.5, applied to every bulk order
Fabric TestingColor fastness testing in our in-house fabric lab before bulk cutting
StagePre-production sample approval, in-line during cutting/sewing, and final pre-shipment

Third-Party Inspection

Independent inspection through a third-party agency (e.g. BV, SGS) can be arranged on request, at the buyer's cost, ahead of shipment.

Fabric Certifications

Some fabrics in our library are available in OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified options. Certification is per fabric/supplier, not blanket across every material we offer — confirm certified availability for your specific fabric selection when requesting a quote.

Certificate / Scope Documents[NEEDS INPUT — attach the actual supplier certificate(s) and their scope/expiry here before publishing]

Factory Certifications

[NEEDS INPUT — list any factory-level certifications ClothReady directly holds (e.g. BSCI, WRAP, ISO), with certificate number, issuing body, and expiry date. Do not publish a certification here unless it can be backed by a real, current certificate — the spec explicitly warns against implying certifications the factory doesn't hold.]
